Out of these 200 Australians, 9 lose their life to suicide.
This means that 3,000 Australians will die by suicide this year.
Suicide is the leading cause of death for people in Australia aged between 15 and 44.

My Hope
To reduce the silence, shame and stigma surrounding suicidal ideation.
To offer counselling to anyone who is navigating the complexities of mental ill-health.
To provide education to those who would like to know more about mental health.
